Economics Teacher (Postsecondary – AI Training)
About The Role
What if your economics knowledge could influence how millions of people learn and interact with AI? We're looking for experienced postsecondary Economics instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems that reason about economic concepts — from intro micro to advanced applied economics.
Your classroom expertise becomes the benchmark for how AI understands, explains, and applies economics. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role that fits around your existing schedule.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do
- Design and review economics questions and scenarios used to train and evaluate AI systems
- Assess the accuracy, clarity, and depth of AI-generated economics content
- Provide structured, expert feedback to improve economic reasoning in AI model outputs
- Apply real-world teaching experience to validate concepts, identify gaps, and catch edge cases




- Work independently and asynchronously — no meetings, no fixed hours

Who You Are
- 3+ years of full-time experience teaching economics at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of core economics topics — microeconomics, macroeconomics, and applied economics
- Able to clearly articulate and evaluate economic reasoning in written form
- Comfortable reviewing structured content and providing detailed, actionable feedback
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently on task-based projects

Nice to Have
- Master's or PhD in Economics
- Experience grading or evaluating work at scale
- Background in applied, policy, or data-driven economics
- Familiarity with AI, large language models (LLMs), or content evaluation workflows
