About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Director of Sales to lead and grow our commercial strategy at Futbol Sites .
This is a leadership position for a senior professional with a strong network and proven track record in digital media advertising . The idóneo candidate combines deep market knowledge with strong commercial expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, brands, and strategic partners.
Based in Buenos Aires , you will be responsible for leading your team to drive revenue growth across the market, developing new business opportunities, strengthening key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will play a key role in positioning Futbol Sites as a leading sports media partner and identifying new opportunities across the evolving digital advertising ecosystem.
What You'll Do
Commercial Leadership & Strategy
- Instill a partnership-first mindset across the team,



coaching reps to prioritize long-term relationship depth and strategic account growth over transactional, campaign-by-campaign selling.
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the market, aligned with Futbol Sites' regional and global objectives.
- Identify new revenue opportunities across digital media, sports, football, branded content, programmatic, sponsorships, and other relevant commercial solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, advertiser needs, agency structures, competitors, and emerging digital media trends.
- Contribute to the evolution of Futbol Sites' commercial offering and go-to-market strategy.

Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team, setting clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations.
- Build a high-performing, collaborative, and results-oriented sales culture.
- Support team members in developing strategic accounts, closing complex opportunities, and expanding existing busines
