We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

- Drive the global Cyber annual operating plan for Orders;

- Provide pre sales support on Cyber opportunities;

- Develop and maintain deep understanding of the Nexus Cyber solution and service offerings;

- Understand customers’ business goals, operating objectives and cyber security risks, and customize our solutions to best meet their needs;

- Understand competitors’ regional value propositions and go to market approaches and develop winning sales and solutions;

- Provide Cyber commercial leadership / support through the proposal development phase to ensure optimal opportunity strategy and execution;

- Support proposal development,

delivery and tracking;

- Establish relationships at the department and higher levels within key regional and global/ customers to ensure a strong awareness of current threats and establish a preference for our solution;

- Support key customer presentations/projects/proposals to drive growth of overall Cyber orders;

- Maintain a strong internal customer networking;

- Partner with Product Line leadership to remain current on all market trends and anticipate changes in the market including regulations, threats, competitor approaches, etc. and continually educate Regional and Product Line Teams on market dynamics and solution updates;

- Partner with Product Line and Application Team to identify, scope, size and target market leveraging market feedback and segmentation tools;

- Assist in the collection and correlation of related voice of customer feedback and support development of competitive commercial and execution;

- Lead effort to identify relevant case study sites and successful customer projects;

- Deliver technical project and product presentation in industry forums (SOA/User meeting/Conferences).

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or Engineering;

- Minimum 10 years commercial and technical Cyber experience at OT and IT level, related with Energy and O&G; industries;

- Demonstrate knowledge and experience leading effective cybersecurity programs;

- Eligibility Requirement: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time;

- Strategic, critical thinking and analytical skills for structured problem-solving;

- Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations to sell recommendations

- Master’s Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or Engineering;

- Possess at least one recognizable professional cybersecurity certification (SANS; ISC2, etc);

- Previous roles in Cyber security operation roles (like Chief Security Officer);

- Sales experience selling and calling Cyber customer senior management;

- Experience in Industrial Control System information/network security architecture / development and / or analysis;

- Self -starter personality with high energy level, ability to manage regional teams in matrix environment and start up business mentality are keys to success in this position;

- Excellent presentation, spoken and written English skills;

- Customer focused skills, demonstrated by experience in direct sales or customer services;

- Strong interpersonal and computer skills as well as the ability to multitask in a dynamic, geographically dispersed team environment;

- Generate immediate credibility with customers, suppliers, BH sales / project management / engineering communities;

- Spanish and Portuguese speaker.
