Earthside Farms is a fast-growing snack brand focused on clean ingredient candied nuts and organic dried fruit products. Our products are sold across major retail, marketplace, and eCommerce channels, and we are looking for a highly analytical, execution-focused Performance Marketing Manager to help scale profitable growth across digital platforms.
This is not a “brand awareness” role. We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing, marketplace algorithms, contribution margin, and how to profitably scale a consumable CPG brand.
Responsibilities
Marketplace & Paid Media Management
- Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP
- Manage Walmart Connect campaigns and improve performance
- Launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Launch, test, and optimize TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads campaigns
- Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max




- Manage Reddit advertising campaigns and identify relevant community targeting opportunities
- Support Instacart Ads and other retail media initiatives
- Help drive growth and visibility on Faire and other marketplace channels

Performance Optimization
- Improve TACOS, ROAS, contribution margin, and overall profitability
- Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, audience targeting, and campaign restructuring
- Continuously test creative, audiences, landing pages, and promotional strategies
- Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency targets
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust advertising spend accordingly
- Analyze customer acquisition costs, repeat purchase behavior, and LTV

Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards
- Report on channel performance, trends, and growth opportunities
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data and performance insights
