We are seeking a highly skilled SSIS / SQL Developer with proven expertise in data migration, particularly in migrating large-scale enterprise data from Oracle to Microsoft SQL Server. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ETL pipelines using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), writing complex T-SQL queries, and ensuring data integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and maintain robust SSIS packages for ETL workflows, data transformation, and automated data loads. Analyze Oracle database schemas, stored procedures, functions, and packages and re-engineer them in T-SQL for SQL Server compatibility. Develop complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions to support business logic and reporting requirements. Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness during migration. Collaborate with business analysts, DBAs, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.



Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning of ETL pipelines and SQL scripts. Document migration strategies, data mapping specifications, ETL workflows, and technical runbooks. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL job failures, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks in production and staging environments. Optimize SQL queries and SSIS packages for performance using indexing strategies, query plans, and execution profiling. Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the migration process. Provide post-migration support, including issue resolution and performance monitoring. Requirements
