Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior Design Systems Engineer to own how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components for a repeatable pipeline.
This is a senior, systems-first role focused on rapid, correct implementation across multiple client brands, not page-level maintenance. Fluency in English and strong overlap with US business hours are expected.
