About the Role
We're building a regional finance and operations hub in Buenos Aires, and this role owns the finance engine for Argentina and Uruguay. Reporting to the Director Finance & Operations, South America, you'll be accountable for the close, tax, statutory compliance and controls across both entities, and you'll lead a Financial Accountant and a Billing Admin from day one.
This is a build role in the literal sense. Some processes exist when you arrive; most don't. You'll design them, run them, and make them hold as volume grows fast. You'll work closely with the Director on planning and strategy, and with Halter's general finance team in New Zealand on consolidation, reporting and group requirements.
