About This Role:
We are hiring a Creative Growth Director for a growing food and beverage eCommerce company. In this hands-on individual contributor role, you will turn raw content into high-performing ads through creative strategy, video and static production, AI-assisted variations, testing, and performance-led iteration. You will collaborate with the founder and relevant teams to help acquire customers profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative strategy and testing:



Develop concepts around Amrita's core customer avatars and buying motivations. Maintain a consistent testing calendar across hooks, formats, messages, offers, and creative styles.
- Creator-content coordination: Work with creators and internal team members to obtain the raw footage and assets needed for creative production. Organize and maintain a reusable content library.
- Hands-on creative production: Turn UGC, founder videos, testimonials, product footage, and community content into video and static ads. Develop hooks, copy, variations, resizing, and repurposed assets.
- AI-enabled execution: Use AI and automation for editing, copywriting, transcription, research, versioning, ideation, asset management, and repetitive workflows. Evaluate tools based on their ability to improve output, quality, and speed.
