Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end management of general HR processes from policy to execution. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and legal to optimize and govern processes, ensuring high-quality talent outcomes across regions.
The role is remote and LATAM-aligned with global collaboration. You will build Standard Work, training materials, and governance frameworks, and drive continuous improvement through data and VOC feedback.
