We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Argentina and help grow our AstroPay Wallet business . In this role, you will manage a portfolio of merchants, building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving engagement through commercial initiatives. You will combine a strong commercial mindset with data-driven thinking to understand performance, identify opportunities, and turn insights into concrete actions that contribute to account growth.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or a similar commercial role.
- Experience managing B2B clients, merchants, or strategic accounts.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of identifying and developing business opportunities.
- Analytical skills and comfort working with data and performance metrics.
- Ability to turn data and insights into concrete commercial actions.
- Proactive, hands-on, and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.




- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or digital products is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Based in Argentina.

- Manage a portfolio of merchants, building strong and long-term commercial relationships.
- Identify opportunities to increase transaction volume, engagement, and revenue across existing accounts.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities, introducing relevant products and solutions based on merchant needs.
- Understand merchant performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
