Role Responsibilities
- The Settlement Accounting Analyst is responsible for the accounting design, recording, analysis, and reconciliation of financial transactions related to the products managed within the Settlement function.
- This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial information, supports month-end and year-end closing activities, maintains compliance with internal and external audit requirements, and contributes to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Perform daily accounting entries related to banks, cash transportation companies, payment processors, intercompany accounts, and other financial operations.
- Monitor and validate daily accounting postings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare, analyze, and reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving outstanding items in a timely manner.
- Produce high-quality weekly and monthly reports and ensure all reconciliation and reporting deadlines are met.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing accurate and timely financial information.




- Maintain strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective service delivery and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and internal/external audit standards.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, standardization, and automation within the Settlement function.
- Contribute to projects that impact Settlement operations and support the implementation of new processes and controls.

Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; students in the final stages of their degree or recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account analysis, reconciliations, auditing, or related accounting functions.
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel ski
