THE ROLE
During your first week, you’ll sit down with all three founders to discuss your interests, strengths and the opportunities we see in the business. Together, we’ll identify an initial project for you to own across sales, marketing, growth or operations.
You’ll take it from diagnosis to results: understand the problem, analyze the data, test a solution, implement it and measure its impact.
Recent examples from our team:
- Facundo - Growth & Business Strategy: took ownership of paid acquisition, funnel experiments and upsell initiatives, managing the whole advertising budget.
- Mateo - AI Sales Manager: took ownership of the whole sales funnel covering 50+ sales reps within 3 months driving AI initiatives to increase end-to-end lead conversion and reduce manual operations.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Business judgment: you break down messy problems, prioritize and identify what matters.
- Execution: you can show something you built, improved or grew.
- AI-native mindset: AI is already part of how you work,



and you validate its outputs.
- Ownership: you take initiative and follow through without constant supervision.

This role typically suits someone with 0-3 years of experience . We welcome backgrounds in business, economics, marketing, engineering and data.
Coding, API and automation experience are nice to have, not requirements. What matters is your ability to use AI to solve business problems and deliver results.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Founder-like ownership and responsibility. Involvement in key business decisions and rapid growth.
- EUR 2,500/month during an initial six-month period.
- EUR 6,000-9,000 sign-on bonus if we continue after that period . From there, a long-term package with a clear path to ownership, such as profit share and equity-like participation.
- Company-paid AI tools, including Claude Code and access to leading models.
