Antamina Mining in Peru offers an 18-month Graduate Trainee Program for engineers, geologists and environmental scientists at its high-altitude mine in Ancash. It provides six months of technical training, nine months of rotations, and a three-month capstone project begun in September 2025.
During training, trainees receive 2,500 PEN per month; after hiring, salaries range from 4,000 to 5,000 PEN, plus housing in Ancash camps and meals.
