About The Role
The Program & Analytics Manager is a strategic, individual-contributor role focused on driving high-impact initiatives that support business growth, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and reduce operational errors, grounded in rigorous data analysis. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building data-backed business cases, and owning cross-functional projects end-to-end; from problem definition through implementation and measurement. You’ll work closely with Operations leadership, Product, Technology, Finance, and external partners to turn data into strategy and strategy into measurable outcomes.
