Role Overview
Job Duck is seeking an experienced and highly organized Bilingual Litigation Paralegal to support a busy personal injury and litigation practice. In this role, you will work closely with the attorney and legal team to keep active litigation matters moving forward, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain accurate and well organized case files. The idóneo candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and confident working independently in a fast paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. This opportunity is well suited for someone who understands the litigation process,



anticipates the next steps in a case, and takes pride in producing precise, high quality work.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CST)(CDT) (United States of America)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Maintaining accurate and detailed case notes, records, and litigation documentation
- Coordinating with opposing counsel and paralegals regarding scheduling, documentation, and case-related matters
- Reviewing applicable Rules of Civil Procedure and ensuring litigation tasks comply with procedural requirements
- Managing litigation calendars, including depositions, hearings, deadlines, and other critical case dates
- Monitoring deadlines and following up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion
- Reviewing case information and documents for accuracy, completeness, and deadline compliance
- Assisting attorneys with keeping litigation matters progressing
