The 2025 Antamina Mining Graduate Trainee Program in Peru provides exceptional opportunities for young Peruvians who want to start their careers in mining through 100 paid positions at Compañía Minera Antamina which leads Peru’s massive $60 billion mining industry. This 18-month educational program operates in Ancash near Lima to train engineering, geology, and environmental science graduates through direct experience at Antamina’s globally ranked copper-zinc mine and classroom instruction.
