Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior Design Systems Engineer to own how client design systems are built. You’ll extract patterns from brands into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and components, enabling a build pipeline to run with minimal questions.
This is a high-impact, systems-first role across several client brands, requiring strong English and overlap with US business hours. Remote work from Latin America is supported.
