The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-focused Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team.



This is a fully remote position and may be based anywhere in the United States, but must be able to work East Coast hours. The idóneo candidate has strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise in the Microsoft 365 environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional support and system administration.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The Microsoft 365 Engineer/Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the American Red Cross's business and IT teams by ensuring the reliability, security, and effectiveness of Microsoft 365 services. Working with customers of varying technical backgrounds, this position provides end-user support, troubleshoots and resolves simple to complex technical issues, and delivers solutions within established service level expectations. As a member of the Microsoft 365 support team, the incumbent administers, monitors, and optimizes cloud-based systems, applications, and services across the Microsoft 365 environment.
