We are hiring a full-time Direct Response Copywriter to join a performance marketing agency that helps accounting firms across North America grow their businesses. This role is focused on writing high-converting copy for Meta ads, video sales letters (VSLs), landing pages, and email campaigns. You’ll work closely with media buyers and a select group of clients to create messaging that speaks directly to their audience’s pain points, builds trust, and drives conversions. The idóneo candidate has strong experience in direct response copywriting, particularly for high-ticket services, and understands how to write copy that generates measurable results. This is a client-facing role in a performance-driven environment where ownership, execution, and continuous improvement are critical. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Hours: 9:00 am–6:00 pm CST (including lunch break).
Salary: $2,800/mo + bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Write high-converting copy for Meta ads, including video ad scripts, static ad copy, and other direct response creatives.




- Develop video sales letter (VSL) scripts that educate prospects, address their pain points, and drive conversions.
- Create landing page copy and work closely with media buyers to build high-converting landing pages.
- Write email sequences and broadcast emails designed to nurture existing leads and move them toward a purchase.
- Develop messaging that demonstrates a deep understanding of each client's target audience, challenges, and needs.
- Work directly with clients to understand their businesses, offers, and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with media buyers to ensure copy aligns with campaign strategies and performance goals.
- Review campaign performance and make adjustments to copy based on conversion rates, ROAS, and other relevant metrics.
- Use AI tools, including Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, and similar platforms, to support copywriting workflows and improve efficiency.
