The Sales Associate at MEDLIFE is crucial in expanding our mission by creating an informative and life-changing experience while motivating volunteers to stay involved with the MEDLIFE mission and make a difference in their local communities.
This is how your day to day will look like at MEDLIFE:
- Generate and prospect leads through social media outreach, analyze profiles, and DM new followers to generate outbound leads and increase awareness of MEDLIFE's mission.
- Qualify both inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team or relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls, video calls, emails, texts) to engage prospects and maintain strong lead relationships.
- Lead info sessions, presentations, and webinars to inform, inspire, and recruit potential volunteers and student leaders.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and keep them actively engaged across multiple marketing channels.
- Mentor student leaders and support volunteers during service-learning trips,



strengthening the connection with MED International.
- Perform additional volunteer-related interaction tasks as needed to support operational goals.
- Collaborate in a hybrid, remote, and cross-cultural work environment, adapting to dynamic priorities and fast-paced workflows.

What will you bring?
- Recent graduates of Business Administration, International Development, Integral Health or related fields ( This is not a senior position ).
- Native-level equivalent English skills required. (it will be evaluated by a certified institution).
- 1+ year of working experience in sales, customer service, fundraising, International development, Global health or related fields where transferables competencies have been developed .
- Experience in public speaking, working with youth, and managing volunteers.
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of international development issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environme
