Position Summary
The Sr. Technology Business Manager will support the Technology Business Management function by leading IDS governance activities and overseeing end-to-end labor reporting. This role will partner closely with Technology, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Product, and HHS stakeholders to ensure labor allocations, capitalization activities, compliance controls, and reporting deliverables are accurate, timely, well-controlled, and audit-ready.
This position is responsible for managing the full labor reporting lifecycle, including intake, validation, allocation tracking, monthly and quarterly reporting, issue resolution, leadership insights,



and continuous process improvement across Jira, Airtable, Allstacks, Apptio, and related data sources.

- Process Management: Proven ability to design, document, and execute repeatable processes that improve consistency, accountability, and operational effectiveness
- Labor Reporting: Strong ownership of end-to-end labor reporting processes, including data intake, validation, allocation accuracy, variance review, stakeholder follow-up, and recurring leadership reporting
- Governance and Controls: Ability to establish and maintain effective controls for IDS, labor allocation, capitalization, and software governance while supporting audit and compliance requirements
