ZEXTER is a technology company developing its own full-stack platform for the digital entertainment and iGaming ecosystem. We build scalable technology solutions for operators, creators, and digital businesses, helping them launch, manage, scale and monetize their products more efficiently.
We are now looking for an Affiliate Manager to help us grow our affiliate network and expand our presence in the iGaming market. This is a hands-on, partnership-focused role for someone who understands the affiliate landscape, knows how to build strong relationships with affiliates and media partners, and is ready to drive acquisition and performance in a growing product.
Responsibilities:
- Independently source new partners through professional communities, referrals, direct outreach and industry events; manage the funnel from first contact to test and regular traffic.
- Grow the existing portfolio: understand partners’ needs, reactivate inactive partners, find opportunities to scale volumes.
- Match offers to the partner’s GEO, traffic source and capabilities; agree on payouts,



test caps and terms within your commercial authority.
- Organize launches: hand over offer terms, links and creatives; coordinate tracking checks and first conversions with the technical team.
- Analyze results by partner, GEO, source and offer: CR, FTD, approval rate, network revenue, partner payouts and margin. Where operator data is available, take into account redeposits, retention and LTV.
- Ensure traffic complies with advertiser terms, detect anomalies and work with the responsible teams on quality and fraud prevention.
- Together with the Business Developer, request suitable offers, payout and cap increases, and share feedback on test results.
- Take part in statistics reconciliations and resolving disputed payouts; keep agreements, statuses and plans up to date in the CRM.
