Responsibilities
- Conduct explanatory meetings with potential clients to guide them through the vehicle acquisition process.
- Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth and satisfactory service experience.
- Update and manage client information in our internal systems.
- Generate detailed reports related to customer service, sales, and administration.
- Provide administrative support and collaborate with various departments as needed by the business.

Requirements
- Students or graduates in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics,



actuarial science, or related fields.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to dynamic changes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python is desirable .
- High organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service, collections, or administrative roles (desirable, but not required).
