About the Role
We’re looking for an Ad Concept Specialist to bridge the gap between creative inspiration, performance insights,



and client strategy.
This role exists to ensure that every ad concept we develop is rooted in what actually drives results, while remaining aligned with each client’s brand, positioning, and goals.
You will be responsible for identifying winning advertising patterns, transforming performance data into strategic recommendations, and helping shape the creative direction of Meta campaigns across our client portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of creative thinking, performance marketing, and client strategy.
This is not:
- a graphic design role
- a media buying role
- a client account management role
- a production-focused creative role

This is a creative strategy and performance-driven role.
