Svitla Inc. is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to support our HR team and employees across Latin America.
In this role, you'll coordinate HR operational processes, manage employee documentation, support IT equipment logistics, administer our Udemy platform, and provide general assistance to the HR team. The adecuado candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, following up with different stakeholders, and ensuring processes are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Studies or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and service-oriented approach.
- Comfortable coordinating with vendors and following up on payments and deliveries.




- Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, preferably with easy access to the Palermo area.
- Comfortable working remotely, with availability to work from the office at least once every two weeks.
- Flexibility to be onsite more frequently, including daily attendance, when company guests visit or special in-person activities take place.

- Basic familiarity with IT equipment and employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Experience with HRIS, ticketing systems, learning platforms, or similar tools.
