HumanGood is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Assisted Living program at Valle Verde in Santa Barbara, CA. This full-time, on-site role supports the Manager of Assisted Living and Memory Care with daily administrative tasks and resident/ family support.
You will handle calls, greet visitors, maintain census and logs, prepare reports for meetings, coordinate with Life Enrichment, assist with scheduling, and ensure supplies and emergency information are up to date.
