About The Role
Support busy US executives by managing their calendar, inbox and priorities so they can focus on their business.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate across time zones
- Manage the inbox and draft replies
- Prepare documents, presentations and reports
- Organize travel and events
- Follow up on tasks and deadlines with the executive's team
- Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements
- 2+ years as an executive or personal assistant
- Advanced English (C1 or higher)




- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Excellent organization and written communicationProactive and able to anticipate needs

Nice To Have
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Experience with Asana, ClickUp, Monday or similar
- Basic bookkeeping or CRM experience

English Level
Advanced (C1 or higher), written and spoken
Schedule
Full time, US business hours
