Your Role
This role sits at the intersection of healthcare relationship management, account management, and inside sales. You'll support existing hospital and imaging-center partners, reactivate relationships that have gone quiet, help sites resolve student and placement issues,



and open new opportunities for partners to host students or send their own employees through the program.
It's phone-first work: expect a mix of warm partner check-ins, the occasional difficult service-recovery call, outbound prospecting, and the detailed follow-through it takes to move an affiliation agreement or student placement to completion. Success looks like a portfolio where nothing falls through the cracks, dormant sites come back online, and new placement capacity keeps opening up.
You’ll:
- Manage a portfolio of relationships with hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare organizations, from site-level managers up to divisional and senior leaders
- Run a consistent outreach cadence of calls, meetings, and personalized emails based on each partner's priority and activity level
- Lead partner check-ins that turn into decisions, making sure every commitment has a clear next step
