About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations CSR & Shipping Document Coordinator to support customer orders and international shipments from order entry through delivery.
This role combines customer operations, international logistics, export documentation, and freight coordination .
You'll manage orders, carrier bookings, shipping documentation, shipment tracking, and communication with customers and logistics partners.
Accuracy is especially important.
The role involves detailed export documentation and Letters of Credit , where discrepancies can create significant shipping or payment issues.
You'll receive training and work closely with an experienced operations team in the U.S.
What You'll Do Order & Shipping Operations Manage customer orders from receipt through final delivery.
Create and maintain Sales Orders and Sales Contracts .
Coordinate pickups and deliveries with customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
