There are currently 408 accounts in the Global Account (GA) segment. The list of accounts in this segment roughly aligns with the Fortune 500. These customers have general capability requirements and operate in multiple geographies. Some of our loyal customers include Meta, Microsoft, SAP, IBM, Google, Coca-Cola, Volkswagen, Toyota, Nestlé, Mc Donald’s, Bayer, HSBC, and JP Morgan.
These customers are treated to a special and unique program where they have dedicated account teams and additional support teams worldwide, providing consistent coverage to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Summary:
The Global Accounts Sales Operations Support (GA SOS) Specialist works closely with the Account Teams around the world and acts as the single point of contact for global operational back-end execution on their assigned accounts. The candidate will be responsible
