Performance Marketing Manager – Google Ads, Meta Ads & Paid Acquisition | Remote

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid customer acquisition and drive profitable growth across digital advertising channels.
This is a hands-on performance role focused on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and ROAS . You’ll own campaigns from strategy and budget allocation through testing, optimization, and reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other paid channels
- Develop campaign structures, targeting, and audience strategies
- Own advertising budgets, spend allocation, and pacing
- Monitor and improve CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Test creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages
- Optimize campaigns based on performance and conversion data
- Implement and validate conversion tracking and attribution




- Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and leadership teams

Requirements
- 3+ years of performance marketing or paid media experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience managing meaningful paid advertising budgets
- Strong understanding of:
- ROAS and CAC
- CPL and CPA
- Conversion tracking
- Attribution
- Demonstrated success improving ROAS or customer acquisition efficiency
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with creative and landing-page testing
- Ability to independently manage and optimize paid campaigns
- Strong written and verbal English communication
