Your primary focus will be developing robust metrics that demonstrate product value during initial go-lives and expansions, then building pipelines to generate and display those metrics automatically.

collaborating cross-functionally with product and data engineering teams to translate complex clinical data into meaningful outcomes.What You'll Do:Analyze clinical EMR data and biometric device data to generate healthcare-focused insights.Synthesize data from multiple rich clinical and operational sources.Develop robust metrics that demonstrate product value during go-lives and expansions.Build pipelines to automatically generate and display defined healthcare metrics.Collaborate cross-functionally with product and data engineering teams.What we are looking for:5+ years of experience in data analysis, with exposure to healthcare or clinical data.Strong experience with Databricks.Solid statistics background.Experience with data visualization.Familiarity with Claude Code.Advanced proficiency in English.Nice to have:Understanding of data engineering concepts.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:100% remote work (from anywhere).
