We're looking for an ERP Implementation and Support Specialist to become the go-to internal expert for a custom ERP system currently in its final stages of development.
You will own end-to-end ERP knowledge, train team members across departments, provide ongoing support, and ensure the system is adopted and used correctly across the organization.This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role.
You will not be implementing a third-party ERP from scratch — you will be deeply learning a proprietary system and becoming the person the entire company relies on when they have questions, encounter issues, or need training.
