Job Description
Our client is looking for a data-driven Content Strategist.
You will develop and optimize content strategies for social media.
The main focus will be on Instagram.
You will also work on channels like TikTok and YouTube.
You understand both creative and analytical parts of content marketing.
You will work closely with internal design teams and external agencies.
Your goal is to develop content that performs well in the U.S. market.
Responsibilities Of The Role
Develop and execute content strategies mainly for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Analyze content performance and use data to improve hooks, engagement, and strategy.
Manage and coordinate content calendars and scheduling for multiple social media platforms.
Work closely with the internal design team and external U.S.-based agencies.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and improve content ideas.
Communicate with external agencies and give strategic direction based on performance data.
Monitor key content metrics and provide biweekly performance reports.
Help build and shape the company's growing marketing team and content processes.




Required Experience And Qualifications
Previous experience in content strategy, creative strategy, or a similar social media marketing role.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Experience developing content strategies for the U.S. market or American audiences.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Familiarity with content performance metrics, including hook rate and engagement metrics.
Experience working with content scheduling and management platforms.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of paid advertising and digital marketing.
Experience working with U.S. brands or agencies.
Experience in e-commerce or consumer products.
