and mix driversAct as the embedded finance partner to channel leaders — pressure‐test plans, run scenarios, and provide actionable recommendationsBuild recurring management reporting and NetSuite saved searchesAnalyze subscriber unit economics: cohort retention, revenue per subscriber, acquisition cost, paybackSupport ad‐hoc strategic analysis: pricing tests, incentive modeling, channel mix shifts, headcount planningImprove and streamline inherited models and reporting processesRequired Qualifications4–7 years in FP&A;, corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory3+ years specifically in an operating FP&A; roleExperience supporting US finance teams or US‐based clientsStrong understanding of recurring‐revenue metrics (churn, retention, ARR/MRR, LTV/CAC, cohorts)Hands‐on NetSuite experienceAdvanced Excel — able to build clean, driver‐based models from scratchAbility to communicate a clear narrative around numbers for non‐finance audiencesAbility to work US business hours (Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern)Preferred ExperienceSubscription, telecom, home services, insurance, or other recurring‐revenue industriesExperience partnering with sales or dealer channelsSQL, Power BI/Tableau, or planning tools (Cube, Adaptive, Pigment, Anaplan, Vena)CompensationTarget monthly salary: USD $2,000Contracted through a US‐based firm; paid monthlyFull‐time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day with flexible breaks
