Each attorney is responsible for litigating his/her assigned cases, to include:Advising police entities on investigationsReviewing and approving search and seizure warrantsProviding discoverySummonsing and interviewing witnessesObtaining physical and digital evidence for use at trialPreparing pleadingsLitigating pre‐trial motionsLitigating jury/bench trialsLitigating sentencing hearingsLitigating post‐conviction and reconsideration of sentence motionsOther duties as assignedCompensation and BenefitsStarting Salary: $120,000, dependent upon prior prosecutorial experience.
Medical, dental and pension benefits are included.QualificationsExperience: 10+ years in prosecutorial work.
