Deliver working solutions in short cycles (1–4 weeks) and ensure they are merged into product codebases.Solution Design & ImplementationDesign and implement solutions across infrastructure, scripting, and application layers.Provide technical guidance aligned with platform standards and best practices.Navigate hybrid and cloud-based environments within EY Fabric.Actively review new and existing offerings across Growth & Adoption.Provide structured feedback on solution design, usability, and readiness.Ensure alignment across teams before releases.Identify improvement opportunities in high-usage offerings.Contribute fixes, enhancements, or automation to improve adoption and user experience.Feed field learnings back into engineering, documentation, and runbooks.Work across team boundaries (Product, Engineering, Operations, PreSales).
