Collective Residential is seeking a data reporting contractor to validate metrics and formulas in UDP, our BI platform, and to cross-reference figures against PMS data from Yardi, Real Page, App Folio, and Entrata. You will document discrepancies, track issues, and work with the UDP team to confirm fixes. You will rebuild existing dashboards in UDP and roll out automated, scheduled deliveries while applying property management knowledge to judge data reasonableness.
