Requisitos principales

- 8+ años en Agile Delivery, Coaching, Transformación o Change Management.
- Experiencia en SDLC y entornos de desarrollo de productos de software.
- Liderazgo de transformaciones Agile y coaching de líderes y equipos.
- Conocimientos sólidos de Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean y Flow Metrics.
- Experiencia con Power BI, Azure Dev Ops, Jira u otras plataformas de reporting.
- Capacidad para analizar métricas, identificar mejoras e influir en la toma de decisiones.
- Experiencia trabajando con stakeholders ejecutivos.
- Conocimiento de la industria financiera.
- Nivel de Ingles avanzado (C1/C2)

Valorado

- Certificaciones Agile Coaching, Scrum, SAFe, Lean o Kanban.
- Experiencia con OKRs, Value Stream Management y Flow Framework.




- Diseño de dashboards y métricas ejecutivas en Power BI.
- Participación en programas de transformación a escala.
