We're looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper based in Latin America to join our accounting team. You'll work closely with our U.S. Finance team and bring senior-level expertise to the team's daily work. Why you'll love working here: Starting pay of up to $1,400 USD per month, based on experience Real opportunity for pay increases as you grow with the company Paid time off that starts at 2 weeks and increases with your time on the team100% remote, full-time role with a stable U.S. company that's been in business for over 40 yearsA collaborative team where your expertise is valued and your ideas are put to work What you'll do: Help maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date financial records as part of our accounting team Support the month-end close, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals Contribute to inventory and product-cost accounting, including COGS and inventory adjustments Process transactions and workflows in Quick Books Online, Bill.com, and Rippling Apply U.S. GAAP to help keep our numbers compliant, reliable, and audit-ready Spot issues early, suggest process improvements,



and collaborate closely with our Finance team What you bring: Required: 5+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Required: Hands-on accounting experience within the last three years at a B2B product company, such as a manufacturer or distributor.

Since this role involves inventory and product-cost accounting, experience limited to service-only businesses does not qualify. Required: Fluent, professional English, both spoken and written. You'll work with our U.S.-based team every day, so you must be able to explain accounting topics clearly in English, including terms like accruals, reconciliations, COGS, and inventory adjustments. Required: Proficiency in Quick Books Online; experience with Bill.com and Rippling is a strong plus Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAPA bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience Auditing experience is a great plus Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Ready to take the next step in your career?
