Job Description

You will help clients use Hub Spot to improve their business processes. You will configure and optimize Hub Spot based on client needs. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to find the best solutions.

Responsibilities Of The Role

- Configure and optimize Hub Spot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and CRM.
- Manage Hub Spot workflows, pipelines, properties, lists, forms, and reporting.
- Implement automation within Hub Spot.
- Own Hub Spot configuration and optimization tasks independently.
- Work directly with U.S.-based clients and internal teams.
- Participate in discovery calls, solution discussions, and client meetings.
- Understand CRM architecture, data management, imports, migrations, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot issues within Hub Spot.

Required Experience And Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of hands-on Hub Spot experience.
- Experience working in a U.S. based consulting, agency, or client-facing implementation environment.




- Strong experience across Hub Spot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and CRM administration.
- Experience working directly with U.S.-based clients and internal teams.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to participate confidently in discovery calls, solution discussions, and client meetings.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data management, imports/migrations, and integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues.

Preferred Skills

- Hub Spot certifications.
- Experience with APIs.
- Experience with more technical implementations.

Personality

- Comfortable independently owning Hub Spot configuration and optimization work.

- Hub Spot (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, CRM)

Schedule

Monday to Friday
9 AM to 5 PM U.S. Eastern Time
