Synchro Social is a social media agency working with impact driven coaches, thought leaders and entrepreneurs around the world. The Role

This role is built around the client relationship first. Your job is to make sure clients feel supported and the work gets executed correctly and on time. Clients should never wonder what is happening, whether something was missed, or when they will hear from us next.

You will also lead the AI side of our production. Our team uses AI agents to edit videos and design graphics. You will be the person prompting them, directing them and checking their work so that everything reaching the client is right.

What You Will Own

- Client communication: keep clients updated clearly and professionally, without ever needing to be chased.
- Input collection: gather ideas, footage, feedback and approvals, and keep them moving through the process.
- AI-led content execution: direct AI agents to turn raw client input into finished videos and graphics, and review everything before it goes out.
- Team coordination: make sure editors, designers and writers have what they need so nothing sits in a bottleneck.
- Calendars and deadlines: own content calendars and deliverables across your assigned clients.
- Problem prevention and insights: catch issues before they become complaints, and share what is working with the team and the client.





What We Are Looking For

Communication is mandatory in this role. You need to be organized, responsive and comfortable managing relationships. Judgment, ownership and follow through matter more to us than being the best strategist in the world.

- Experience in account management, content operations, project coordination or social media, ideally in an agency.
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Hands-on experience prompting and directing AI tools in a production workflow. Experience with Claude is a strong plus. Show us in your application how you have used AI.
- A good eye for what will perform on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn and what won’t, plus an instinct for which song goes with which video. Show us this in your portfolio.
- Comfort with Notion, Slack and G-Suite.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and take ownership without being managed closely.

- We want someone who uses AI to raise speed and quality, and never as an excuse for careless work.

Remote, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time.
