Role Overview

We are inviting Nursing Technicians / Nurse Technicians to join the Kyrios Global Community and participate in paid healthcare research opportunities that help inform patient care, nursing practice, healthcare delivery, and healthcare innovation. As a member of Kyrios, you may be invited to share your professional insights through surveys, interviews, advisory discussions, and other research activities related to direct patient care, nursing support, clinical workflows, treatment assistance, patient experiences, and healthcare services. Participation is completely adaptable, remote, and designed to fit around your existing professional commitments.

This is not a full-time position and does not require any ongoing commitment.

What Participation Involves

- Sharing real-world insights from your experience in nursing and direct patient care
- Participating in paid surveys, one-on-one interviews, virtual panels, or advisory discussions
- Contributing perspectives on topics such as patient care, clinical routines, nursing support, care coordination, treatment assistance, patient experiences, and healthcare delivery
- Participating remotely via online platforms or telephone




- Choosing only the opportunities that match your experience, interests, and availability

Qualifications

- Qualified or credentialed Nursing Technician, Nurse Technician, Practical Nursing professional, or equivalent recognized nursing credential in your country or region
- Currently practicing or professionally active in a hospital, clinic, outpatient facility, long-term care setting, community healthcare service, or related healthcare environment
- Experience in direct patient care, clinical support, patient monitoring, treatment assistance, nursing procedures, care coordination, or other nursing-related responsibilities
- Interest in healthcare research and contributing real-world professional insights that can help improve patient care and healthcare services

Compensation

Honoraria ranging from $50 to $500+ per study, based on scope, format, and time commitment.

There is no minimum participation required.
