We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the technical vision behind complex Salesforce implementations. In this role, you will own end-to-end solution design, from discovery to delivery, defining how Salesforce connects with the broader enterprise ecosystem through scalable integrations, solid data architecture, and secure, well-governed environments. You will be the go-to technical reference for development squads and a trusted partner to business and product stakeholders, shaping decisions that impact long-term scalability and sustainability, including in multi-org environments.

Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions, from discovery through implementation.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure architectures aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Define integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems, choosing the right patterns across APIs, middleware, events, and data flows.
- Design and validate data architecture, security models, governance, performance, and scalability.
- Provide technical direction to development squads and guide architecture-related decisions.
- Evaluate technical alternatives, weighing impact, risks, costs, maintainability, and future evolution.
- Support discovery, estimations, scope definition, and solution design for new opportunities.
- Partner with business, product, development, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document architecture standards, decisions,



and technical guidelines to strengthen governance and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor solution evolution and drive continuous improvement of the Salesforce architecture.

Required Qualifications

- Salesforce architecture certification, such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect designing complex, end-to-end solutions.
- Strong knowledge of integration architecture, including REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, event-driven patterns, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security and sharing models, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce development, governance, and architecture best practices.
- Hands-on experience working in complex and/or multi-org Salesforce environments.
- Ability to act as a technical reference, guiding development teams and supporting architectural decision-making.
- Strong communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Nice To Have Skills

- Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds, such as Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, or Data Cloud.
- Background in pre-sales or consulting environments, supporting solution proposals and estimations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and tools.
- Exposure to Agentforce or AI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
