We are looking for an experienced Regular / Senior Salesforce Developer with Agentforce expertise to join our global team and support the development, enhancement, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud development, hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, and solid knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Salesforce Development & Configuration
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and automation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications following platform best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform unit testing, and manage deployments across environments.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow Builder.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including agent configuration, customization, and implementation.




- Understanding of AI agents, agent actions, and Salesforce automation capabilities.
- Experience developing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations.
- Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and development best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
- Professional English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Salesforce Prompt Builder
- Experience building AI-powered workflows and integrating Agentforce with enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Informatica or SAP.
- Experience with event-driven integration patterns, including Platform Events and CDC.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools, such as Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps
- Understanding of OAuth in Microsoft Entra ID, Connected Apps, API authentication, and Salesforce security models.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

- Salesforce certifications
- Previous experience working with distributed international teams.
