We are seeking a Senior Financial Specialist to provide valuable financial support within our business. The role involves working closely with colleagues to make financial information accessible, relevant, and useful. Responsibilities

- Analyze monthly finance reports to surface significant developments and provide decision-ready conclusions
- Oversee budget preparation and forecast cycles by organizing submissions from participating business areas
- Evaluate vigente and anticipated results using profit and loss information, variance reviews, impact assessments, trend evaluations, and comparative benchmarking
- Share monthly financial outcomes and key takeaways with the Leadership Team
- Support a corporate function with requested financial investigations, reporting materials, and expert advice
- Create reporting formats tailored to the operational and financial needs of a corporate function
- Modernize reporting activities by simplifying processes and applying automation where appropriate
- Provide financial expertise to help teams make well-grounded operational and planning decisions

Requirements

- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s education in Economics, Finance, or a comparable subject area with a sound grounding in financial concepts




- Three or more years of work experience in financial management, audit, or a related professional environment
- Strong command of Excel for navigating and interpreting data files, producing charts, using PivotTables, and turning data into concise summaries
- Understanding of analytical techniques and tools for examining financial and business performance
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively while applying structured organization, critical analysis, and clear stakeholder communication
- Capability to prepare impactful slide decks and visual materials using PowerPoint
- English proficiency at B2 level or above, with the ability to communicate clearly in professional settings

Nice to have

- Working knowledge of SQL, VBA, and Power BI for querying information, enhancing reporting efficiency, and creating business intelligence dashboards
