We are looking for a Lead Operations & Process Specialist / Staffing Operations Specialist to bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to staffing and supply operations in the LATAM region. If you excel at making sense of complex situations, turning ambiguity into clear processes, and establishing robust systems for resource and staffing management, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

- Build, structure, and optimize operational processes within the staffing & supply function, including bench management and resource utilization
- Dive into complex, evolving workflows, identify operational gaps, and design efficient solutions
- Document processes and establish clear, scalable ways of working across teams
- Coordinate stakeholders and ensure smooth, reliable execution of day-to-day staffing and operations in the LATAM region
- Support staffing activities in the region and handle staffing escalations
- Drive initiatives independently and take ownership of operational improvements
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams to align on priorities and solutions

Requirements

- 2+ years of previous experience in an IT company is highly desirable




- Native proficiency in Spanish and strong fluency in English for professional communication
- Skills in structured thinking and an analytical, problem-solving mindset
- Capability to navigate ambiguity and turn complex, unstructured information into clear, structured, and actionable processes
- Showcase of a process-oriented mindset with a passion for bringing order to chaos
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proactivity and ownership to lead and drive things forward
- Capability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
