They are expected to drive channel growth, shape content direction, and work cross-functionally to turn media assets into consistent acquisition and engagement tools.Key ResponsibilitiesLead podcast production from guest identification and outreach through to scheduling, coordination, and post-recording follow-upsDevelop and implement a YouTube-first video strategy focused on discoverability, watch time, and channel growthOversee post-production workflows, ensuring consistent quality and on-schedule delivery in collaboration with editors and design resourcesManage a full-cycle content repurposing strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, including both organic and paid distributionOwn the creation of visual and promotional assets,
