You will independently manage high-volume employment-based immigration matters and prepare filings for H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 cases.You will support PERM, I-140, and I-485 processes, draft client-ready letters, and handle RFEs/NOIDs with strong organization.
English proficiency is essential; Spanish helpful as needed.
