The EA will manage the CEO's inbox, calendar, and travel, while coordinating conferences and complex itineraries across time zones.The role requires proactive problem solving, strong written and verbal communication, and adept use of AI tools to streamline tasks.
You will partner with the founder, support business and personal logistics, and identify automation opportunities
